Originally I ordered a spray online. It said order did not go through so I filled out form again. I received 2 e-mail confirmations for 2 separate orders. I called store next morning to cancel 1 order & asked to change the spray to a plant (same cost) Beautiful plant was sent. I was very pleased.Only florist I use. (Haven't rec'd charge bill yet to see if 2nd was taken off.)
